Items to Bring to the Program: Please pack 3 sets of clothing in addition to the outfit the patient is wearing. All clothing and other belonging should be marked wtih the patient's name on the tag. In order to insure the safety of our environment, please leave all valuables and any items that could pose a safety hazart at home.
Bring these clothing items:
- 3 sets of comfortable clothing
- 1 pair of sneakers (no laces)
- 1 pair of flip flops
- Sweatpand and t-shirts for sleeping (no jogging pants with drawstring waist)
- Sweatshirts or jackets (no hoodies)
- 3 pair of socks
- 3 sets of undergarments (no underwire bras)
- 4 elastic ponytail holders
Clothing Items Not to Bring: NO STRINGS OR BELTS on clothing. No sleeveless shirts or tight pants. No clothing that is sexually suggestive. No thongs or sheer items. Clothing must cover the stomach, armpits and chest. Shorts must be no shorter than 3 inches above the knee. No clothing that promotes gangs, violence, drugs, alcohol, cigarettes, rock groups or profanity.

- Eyeglasses and Contacts
- Books and School Assignments
NO jewelry No earrings anywhere on the body.
Hygiene & Make-up to bring: All products are kept in a controlled room and will be issued to the patient. Toothbrush and toothpaste Comb or brush Deodorant Soap Shampoo & Conditioner Lotion (fragrance free)
Please DO NOT bring the following items: No makeup; No aerosol cans; No alcohol based products; No mirrors, metal items or glass containers; No Razors or Electric Razors; No Cologne or Body Spray; No Blankets or Bedding; No Lighters; No Electronics: CD Players, CDs, Cassette Tapes, Cell Phones, DVDs, Video Games, Videos; No Curling Irons or Hair Dryers; No Accessories: Belts, Jewelry, Scarves, Hats, Sunglasses; No Spiral Notebooks; No Magazines; No Money
